Profile & Background of Ricky Sim
Ricky has devoted 18 years of his career to the Singapore Government Civil service since March 1977, including six years working in Hong Kong and three years in Bangkok as a diplomat. In July 1994 he joined the private sector, as Chief Operating Officer of Suntec Investment Group of Companies (SIPL). Ricky was concurrently the Managing Director of Chesterton Suntec International (Property Consultancy Business) in addition to his other executive duties in SIPL subsidiary companies like Food & Beverage, Mechanical & Engineering business units.

Ricky has leveraged on the vast network of contacts he had built over the past 36 years in the public and private sectors.

Outside his professional and business roles, Ricky has volunteered in a wide range of CSR Organisations. He was elected into the Singapore Scout Association Council in 2004 and was the Secretary of the Scout Association for 8 years. In August 2010 he was conferred the Distinguished Service (Silver) Award from the Scout Association by the President of Singapore. From 2005 to 2013, He was also an Honorary Advisor to the Real Estate Developers Association of Singapore. He held the position of Secretary/Treasurer of the Singapore Institute of International Affairs from 2005 to 2013. He was the Vice Chairman of the Singapore Kindness Movement from 2007 to 2013. Ricky was a Sub-Committee Member on the National Council on Problem Gambling from 2007 to 2010. Ricky also served as a Board Member of the Social Innovation Park as well as with (SIFE) Students in Free Enterprise in Singapore between 2007 and 2010. He was appointed as one of the 60 International Judges at the SIFE World Cup Tournament in Paris in 2006 and in New York in 2007.
Profile & Background of Ong Kai Tong
Kai Tong brings with him more than 30 years of corporate & senior management experience. With degrees in Engineering (B.E.) & Human Resource (M.A.) coupled with a professional qualification in Company Secretary duties (A.C.I.S.), he has good understanding of technical, financial & human resource (HR) areas.

He started his career in Engineering and moved on to HR, heading the HR function in a Manufacturing and an Automotive Company. He has held positions of Divisional Head in Public Utilities Board (PUB) and Director in the Singapore Power Group (SPG). He represented PUB & SPG in an ASEAN Industry Group and has conducted management courses for senior executives there.

He has also been a WSQ (WorkSkills Qualification) Administrator, an Adjunct Lecturer of the Singapore Institute of Management and ran an Industry-wide Training Institute. He is currently also a Skills Future Mentor of Spring Singapore and had been its Business Excellence Assessor (honorary) for 15 years. He has received awards in Talent Development, sat in Professional committees, spoken at public seminars and provided HR consultancy services through the Singapore Human Resource Institute (SHRI).

On the social side, Kai Tong is an avid squash player, a former debater of the University of Singapore (1973), a Reservist Captain of the SAF and sits on the Board of a local church.
